Guys explain what you can to me. First on alltheway do you guys mostly use isolate or concentrate?

I have used isopure for a couple years and love it mainly because its like water! It is getting too expensive though!

Chugging down real thick shakes dont cut it for me either. I'll start missing drinks if they're super thick. I'm full for hours.

I see brothers using optimum nutrition alot also.

      Please learn me!
Taste, consistancey, price, where to buy?
I could really use the help. Thanks

      Also I can't do chocolate

I saw Bass has a good price on 10lbs of Opti Nu.
      Flavors?

I just switched from a generic (www.supplementdirect.com) to optimum. it was only a few bucks more, but tasts a hell of a lot better. I add either a packet of equal to it, or dextros post work out, and it tasts even better. Mixes nice and smooth... i usually shake it up.. let it settle and shake a gain... let it settle so its not all foam on top, this leads to gas.

      comes in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry.

      www.bodybuilding.com i bought the 10lb. for 50$something

I'm working on a 10 lb. bag of optimum, like saturn said tastes okay and not thick.

When through the same deal with Isopure, taste great and less filling, yet, tends to be expensive compared to others.

I'll probably end up going back to 5 lb. jugs of Designer Whey though, little more expensive than yet for me tastes better.

      Guys I'm listening!!!

It does have to taste good(relatively).

      Its a bummer I can't have chocolate!

I have used protein power from back in the dark ages(70's) and while they are much much better I get tired of them so fast.

Bad enough it hurts my total protein intake. Force feeding only can be taken so far.

I use the allthewhey.com isolate. It is 100% not concentrate like Optimum and better tasting, IMO. It is low in cholesterol and no fat. It is higher in price, because it is not a concentrate. You can checkout their pricing on their website. I get the strawberry flavor vert tasty. I tried the Optimum and to me the taste gets old fast.

Where do you get your Syntrax from? I looked on a couple of sites and that stuff is expensive.

Concentrate is high in cholesterol, and usually has fat in it. It is usually thicker because of the fillers, malto, dextrose. If you want the pure, get the isolate, better for you health wise.

I get the syntrax at 42$cdn or so.

A bit more expensive yes, but me I mix it with water, so the normal whey tastes like KRAP in water
