TweetI wanted a protein supplement that worked at "feeding" me protein throughout the day. Whey isolate has a fast absorption rate from what im told, and that it would be a waste for between meals (to cover 5 meals a day). Its hard with the job i have to actually eat something during the day besides lunch. So i make sure i have eggs for breakfast and maybe tuna or beef for lunch. I used to take isolate between breakfast and lunch, then between lunch and dinner, but now im told to take a slower absorbing protein shake.

TweetSimple answer, whey is not waste. It absorbs fast, but as long as you space your meals out you're fine. The goal is to stay anabolic and small, protein packed meals are that ticket. You could try Optimun's Egg protein shakes for those midday intakes.
