      I was just wondering which of the two is a better mass builder my buddy wants to run a bulking cycle it will be his 3rd hes 190lb which compound will be better to run with 500mg of ethanate/week for 12 weeks and 30mg d-bol for 1st 5 weeks should he run 400mg deca/week for 10 weeks or 75mg of fina e/o/d/ which will give better mass gains????

      He would probibly get more mass gains with the fina, but more retainable mass with the deca.

      i think fina and keeping gains is more of a per person basis, i kept almost all my fina gains last fina only cycle, and i didnt basically no PCT (dont bother, i know i should have).
      5'10
      ~190 lbs

      deca is great for bulking... adds lots of water too (which u loose once ur off a cycle)
      tren is great for lean quality muscle with no bloat... mostly used for cutting...

      fina is different in different people...i have seen some people sensitive to the progesterone and actually had to get surgery for gyno, but some people don't even notice anything...i guess its genetics...deca is good but it shut me down harder than fina prob bcuz of the duration of the cycle but managed to keep almost all my gains
