TweetI am thinking about clen. tabs or liquid clen ... whatever comes my way. I was wondering what a safe dosage of liquid clen would be? Would you guys suggest tabs over the liquid? I have never used it befere or even thought about it, so i am not too sure on it. I just know about the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is what most of you guys talk about. not sure on dosages. I just want a nice safe dosage none of that rediculous shit. thanks.

TweetClen dosages also depends if you're a man or a woman. What are your stats? I've gotten away with using 60mcg and strip some fat but I was also following a strict diet. IMO, there's nought much difference in terms of fat burning between 80mcg and 200mcgs except for the side-effects. Like JH stated above slowly build up to it until you can't take the side-effects anymore, and adjust the dosages accordingly.
TweetI had a question on this too. I do cardio (martial arts) 4-5 days a week. How will clen play into a routine like that? I don't need or want to have a heart attack. Would an ECA be better considering the amount of cardio I do? Thanks.
TweetClen is much milder than an ECA stack IMO.
TweetIts all dose dependant, but if I had the choice of only one I would go with clen over eca. Taking eca while off clen is a good idea also.
TweetI get much better results from clen. Personally I hate the asprin in the eca. I look like a freakin eggplant when I take it from all the easy bruises so I just use a E&C combo to alternate with the clen.
