What's so bad about losing all that weight as long as it was BF you lost. How much LBM did you lose? That's what really matters.

Don't start pigging out and destroying all that hard work. Then you are back to square one and you may as well have not done all that hard work and self denial in the first place.
Spidey is a fictional character. I do not use or condone the use of illegal drugs. Any references to steroids or other illegal drugs is purely for entertainment purposes and role-playing.

i started out at 285 and dropped 30lbs.. at 285 i had 18 3/4 bi's and now they are 18.. so at 10lbs per inch that would be 8 lbs of lean muscle.. 285 i had 11% BF and now it's down to the 9% range.. so it looks like i'm getting really good at putting BF on and taking it off.. LOL

ok here is goes again.. teh old scholl rule of thumb is in order to put one inch onto your upper arms you must put on about 10 lbs.. is if i lost 3/4 of an inch off mine arms that would be a loss of about 8lbs of muscle.. so if i started out at 285 and dropped down to 255.. whichs is a lost of 30lbs total.. 8 muscle and 22 BF(water or what every the lose came from) that would move my BF % from 11% to 9% range..if my number are right

      Numbers aren't right

GP's numbers are right. If you were 285 at 11% and lost 30 lbs then you would either be at 1% bodyfat or you lost a lot of muscle. If you had really only lost 8lbs of muscle and 22lbs of bodyfat, then you would currently be at 3.5% bodyfat. Don't rely on the 10lbs per inch - it is just an estimate and doesn't take all the contributing factors into account.
