Anyone else get really bad headachs on igf1 r3? It's my first time researching this stuff. Been one week now, and I'm getting unbearable headachs on just one side of my head. One every other day.
Very low dose IGF for now 20mcg/6days/wk. Also Fina @75mg/eod, t3 40mcg/ed. Did Fina/t3 before w no headachs. My bloodpressure is great. WTF?

May I ask where you've been injecting it?
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

One side of your head worries me bro. I don't mean to scare you but that can be indicative of a stroke onset. You say your BP is fine.

I want to know what your waking BP and Pulse rate is. The every 2 hours you should chart it as well. This isn't something to fuck around with and if you can afford the IGF I know you can afford a BP machine (if you don't already have one).

Does eating help the headaches? Specifically carbs?

same thing happens to me.i went to my doctor expecting my blood pressure to be sky high and it was normal(120 over 80).i was taking 50mcg/day.i noticed that if i make sure that i eat enough carbs that it seems to go away.but thats just me.now i just intake carbs all day to keep those damn headahces away and so far it seems to work.when i dont eat when im supposed to i notice that the headaches come on real quick.
good luck cause i know how much those headaches hurt.

I am hypoglycemic, and it sounds similar. Does the IGF bring about a hypoglycemic condition?

Think the headaches were from being slightly backed up. I've increased my fiber intake and no headache in 4 days. They were nasty headaches though, one day I took 2 Alive, 2 bayer, and 4 advil- spaced out, and my head was still pounding.
      BP is 118/75 pulse 63.
Have noticed some stiffness in the wrists and knees, increased vascularity, good pumps, hopefully that means the stuff is legit...
