this is the lay out now
monday & thurs1/2cc test 400 +1/2cc deca300
diet :
meal 1 : protein shake, bannana
meal 2 :4 egg whites, 8oz juice
meal 3 :tuna on wheat, 2oz potato chips, protein
shake
meal 4 :1 cup nuts, 8 oz milk
meal 5 :10 oz chicken/beef 1 1/2 cups veggies 2
slices of bread, 1baked potato, protein shake
meal 6 : 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 pear
carb / prot/ fat
35/45/20
apx. 3600 cal.

TweetWhere is the rest of the protein bro? Other than the diet that is good you are making gains. But who knows what the gains would be like if you were taking in as many calories as you should be.

Tweetmeal 5 is more like it..... as stated already, im not sure if your current diet above adds up to 3600 cals. At your current size, i would believe upper 3000 -low 4000 a good measuring scale for your total calorie intake per day. Also, wouldnt eat that pear with your last meal before bed. Instead of fructose, lets consume some fat instead.

Tweetdude its my opinion that you need more food, but you said that you don't want to gain too much weight. Maybe nex time try some fina and a little prop. will give you some good quality mass, but not as much as your current cycle.
Tweeti did a calorie count maybe i added wrong but im pretty sure its 3600 cals ....
i was thinking of doing some fina on my next cycle maybe some prop. or winn. also...i want to keep my strength gains with out as much mass...any thoughts?
