Tweetyour not gonna gain 30 pounds but yes yyoull gain weight. do zero cardo and make sure you rest a full minute or maybe two between sets. If your nervous about it, add one more meal, something dense and high in calories, peanutbutter and bannas with honey or something.

Just thought I'd point out that if the protein isn't digested it is just waisted... it couldn't be stored as fat.
