      Calculating Testosterone needs

I know that my total test levels are in the lowest of the normal range at 299 mcg/dl. (I think that is how it is measured) So that should make some of you feel good about yourself.

(I do not know free T level)

My question: Is there a method or formula for calculating one’s minimal requirement for synthetic testosterone (AS) if one knows their current level.

In other words, My normal test level is 299 mcg/dl then the minimal amount of Enanthate needed per week would be ________ mg.

I need help filling in the blank.

      Thanks

If you are using test as part of your cycle then you need to start off at a low dose and see how your body reacts. I would start off between 400-500mgs every week.

I think the key thing your missing is supression. In other words, Natural Production + AS are not additive. If I naturally produce 900 and you produce 299 and we both start taking 500mg/week of test it would supress anything our body is producing naturally making my 900 and your 299 essentially 0. Hope that make sense.

Did you just come off of a cycle? Or is that your normal level?

When was the blood drawn? Peak level is during the morning hours before lunch.

Yes this is my normal level. (How sad)
I have never done AS. Trying to decide if I want to include it in my first cycle.
      Probably taken after lunch.

I understand that it will suppress us equally. What I am trying to determine is what the MINIMAL amount of test needed (if at all) is, and if I can determine this by examining my normal level. Blanket statements like “beginners start at 500mg” seem generic. I like to know how to tailor things to my body.

Also, if your levels are at 600 and mine are at 300 pre-cycle, do you expect both of our levels to return to that pre-cycle amount?

My goals are not formed around just gaining size. I posted a cycle with an EQ/Winstrol stack and it got no good reviews. So I am trying to decide how to modify it. I would really like to save the test for a future cycle.

      Thanks for the help

Sounds like a plan. I will do some research to see if I can find any thing that compare synthetic to natural test...we'll get back to this...in the meantime...

What is the least test anyone has used and what was the result?
