      That's good basic info.

      I'd run EQ or deca at least 10 weeks (they suggest 8 to 10) - otherwise it's pretty comprehensive.

      Yea I noticed that too, but all in all it's good info. It's laid out perectly with everything to take during and after. I am just tired of seeing people post about wanting to do a cycle but they have no clue about any of it.
