TweetI'm sort of on the same diet, but I like to throw in some veggies, and fruite, and I also switch up the carbs and protien. Like tuna and steak, and of corse lots of eggs, for my carbs I'll bounce between pasta, banannas, oatmeal,and rice and some time chilly, butt that can have an effect on other people so I stay light on that. I guss if you you use the rule of 1gr. of protien per lb of body wieght, and 2gr of carbs per lb of body wieght you'll bulk up. This works for me butt that dosn't mean that its the most effective, I'm still rather new at this, and still trying two learn as much as possible.
