TweetCongratulations man, i'm shooting for that myself. I'm hoping to hit 200 bulked by april.. my first cycle is coming up, and right now i'm 167 @ 7%. I figure i might be able to put on 20 if i'm lucky from the cycle by jan, and the other 13 in the four months following.

Tweetcongrats on the 200 bro, I had tried to his 200 for about 3 years. Last winter I hit it. It was high body fat though. I am now 180, fixing to try and hit 200 again.

TweetToo many people are concerned about weighing 200 or 300. There are a million fat people that weigh 300 or 400lb. The goal is to hit your target weight with a low bf%. Anything over 18% is excess fat unless you’re powerlifting. That’s why so many people lose most of the gains when they come off because it wasn’t muscle they’ve gained. The typical novice juicer will gain around 20lb off a cycle and lose 10lb when they come off. Why not try to gain 10lb only and lower your body fat. Would you rather be 300lb of fat or 200lb ripped? I don’t know about you guys but I haven’t seen too many 300lb’ers impressing girls at the beach.
