Would it be bad? Nope. Is jack giving you excellent advice? Yep. 1-AD is very good, but Cell Tech is pretty overpriced for what it does. Youd be better off buying some cheap ol creatine and adding in some dextrose or try one of these new, cheaper 'soupled up' creatines, (ie. Syntrax Swole, SAN's V-12 or SportLab's PlasmaVol)
Tweetthe reason why people bash muscletech products is their blatant over done advertising and little tid bits like "800% times better than regular creatine"
nothing special about celltech. its simply dextrose and creatine, with little added ala (not a sufficient amount to make a great difference). any creatine transport delivery will give you the same thing that celltech will, either homemade or other manufacturer's. As for nitro.....why would you pay 30 bucks for the same amount of protein powder you could get for 20? The quality of Muscletech's product is fine. Its the advertising and image they put out, that most people have a tough time with. (try to go through any weidler publication or most health magazine without seeing one of their 6 page ads.....

Tweetperfect reply sage. make your own i use YJs recipe and have no acne other than whats caused by the gear.
you pay for the name and the advertising thats all its no better than many other cheaper products. i have heard great things about syntrax swole i am using their straight creatine with dextrose and ala and am impressed with the product.
Tweetthanks for the replies. ive tried cell tech before and saw some results. nothing really big. and it is pretty damn expensive. if i can make my own where could i buy the raw products? like the ala, dextrose ect.?? sounds like the thing to do.
TweetYou can skip the ALA if you wish, I think you'll see comparable gains with or without it. Powernutrition.net, 1fast400.com, & dpsnutrition.net are your best bets for online shops.
Tweetyellow jacket.....how much of each should i mix together?
TweetHell yea Jack I'm gald to finally hear somebody else that thinks muscle tech is overpriced, overrated crap. And Optimum is great tasting stuff...love itOriginally posted by jack hust

TweetProlab too, cheap and it works.
Tweet5g of dextrose per 1g of creatine is what I do. Vitamin C is optional as well.Originally posted by str8swole

Tweetthanks yellowjacket....im gonna have to try that out is there any certain brand names i should get? and or not get?
TweetAny dextrose will due. www.proteincustomizer.com sells it in bulk for a very good price and his service is stellar. As for the creatine, as long as it says monohydrate or creapure, you're good to go. I like Prolabs or Optimum.
TweetIf you sould get cell tech for free would you use it????????????
