i have done a few clen cycles and find all at once in the morning to be fine because of its long half life,i dont believe there is any benefit to spreading them out.i dont take them just before gym as i find it intefers with my training.
2 weeks on 2 off-on your off weeks use eca.

i usually dont ramp up but i know where my tolerance is,most can handle 3 so start there if not come down a pill and maintain there.
remember without a super clean diet and cardio clen will prove to be inaffective.
