My employer does mandatory blood tests every year. No big deal, except they schedule your times without consulting you. SO, i got scheduled at 11:15AM. I'm not supposed to eat 8 hours before the test. Ya right...

In all honesty, can you eat before these tests? Say like oatmeal, protein shake, and natty PB? how will this effect your results or is it just a precaution for those who do not eat healthy?

      Thanks guys.

My understanding is that it's best if you do not eat before the test, but if you do eat you should tell them, that way they'll know why the numbers are skewed and they can try to account for it.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

Well, here is another thought I have. Training as hardcore as I do, I eat 7 times a day. So technically, wouldn't be blood profile be more accurate after food considering I always have food in my stomach throughout the day? I don't know if there is a medical fact to back this up, just a random thought.
