i am using Mag-10 and Myostat for the next two weeks. i understand i have to eat BIG and get a ton of protein. 3 times a day, i am taking a shake of: 2 scoops-pro complex protein, and 4 scoops nlarge total of 900 calories and 100g protein. so x 3 times a day 2700 calories and 300g protein. i BARELY eat any food because i am always just too full? is this normal or okay to not eat much food?

You need to eat regular food too. Your digestive system needs bulk and fiber to remain healthy. Try alternating a protein MRP and a solid food meal throughout the day. JMHO.

Why are you taking Myostat, that shit is junk IMHO.

And supplements should be just that supplements, always make sure you take in real food as much as possible and use supplements as an aide to help you out but they should never replace real food entirely.

Get at least 6 or 7 meals a day with at least 3 or 4 of those whoel foods and the rest liquid meals.

so what exactly will your diet look like?
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper
