      A guy was telling me about NOX II, and said it helps give and keep a pump. Anybody have experience with it? Much obliged.

      Looking for a pump you may as well get some strength and endurance to go with it. Look into Syntrax Swole V2.

      I'm using plain L-arginine and haven't noticed much of an increase in the way of pumps. Nox is basically a hyped up version of L-arginine, so I doubt it's all it's cracked up to be.
