Yes it does need to be refrigerated. Between 2-4C.

Not to hijack the thread, but what's the average dose of IGF? Just curious, as I've seen a list and was wondering how long the bottle would last.

some info for all re: igf-1

When you receive it it may come in 2 forms...mixed with BA(benzyl Alcohol) or in dry lypholized form with BA in a separate vial for mixing. The powder is mixed with the BA and then kept in the freezer. When using you withdraw some of the product (BA IGF1 mix) and then inject or withdraw and add BW to the mix and inject that. Most people are adding BW(bacteriostatic water) because it minimizes the pain and lumps from injecting..sub q anyways! The dosages range from 20 mcg/day to 120 mcg/day depending on what is affordable. Most see good results with 40-50 mcg per day for 4 weeks. One bottle of 1000mcg(1 mg) $360 USD street value would last 3 weeks at 50 mcg per day. 4-6 weeks cycles are used as after that time gains diminish rapidly..even with increases in dosage!

The average dose for IGF would be around 60mcgs a day...Thats what i did my first time and it worked great... I wouldnt recommend going above 100mcgs a day as the sides will be to much...Word of advice it is GREAT for site injecting in the bis and tris!

What kind of gains did you experience? Also, what are the negative sides you speak of?

I really didnt see a huge weight gain, maybe 2-3 lbs but the pumps got very intense and when i was injecting in my bis it felt like they were growing. The negative sides are your hands aching, diareeha, intestinal cramps. They say the pumps get too intense at high doses that you cant even workout...

I tried injecting subQ but it left a huge welt that stayed for a week or two. When i injected IM it worked great with no welts or pain. I dont recommend inject subQ.
