TweetThis "10 weeks" of AS is slowly dying out?
I mean just about every thread that I read lately and book or magazine I read, seem that everyone will benefit more from a 15-20+++ cycle than a 10 week one. Of course moderation and proper dosing is the key, not to mention knowing what your taking and having your shit together.

I say this because I will be starting in the next week or two and mine will consist of 25 weeks or so. I'm finally done dieting and stayed at 190lbs(thank god) and look much leaner and harder. Will post pics soon

I also spoke with my M.D last week and he will monitor my blood levels, what a nice guy

Tweetyup , im off my 10 week cycle and I wish i was still on man. Next cycle it will be a 20-24 weeker. Fuck that test at 500mgs a week.
TweetWould it be possible to post a sample 16 to 20 week cycle. I would like to know how to fit such a lengthy cycle together to keep solid gains. I usually do a 10 to 14 week @ most. I perfer the 10 week ones but I really would like to step it up a notch and try for a longer one to see if there is potential for more growth for my body.
Do these 16 to 20 week cycles incorporate a bulking into a cutting or a bulking only or what???

TweetI prefer 12 weeks better than 16-20. I take 12 weeks on and 4 weeks with blood work after every cycle. Since my cycles are shorter I recover faster hormonally. Also after 12 weeks or so your receptors get dirty and the speed of growth slows down. I always grow the most the first 8 weeks and then it slows down. When you stay on for 16,18,20 or more you shut down hard, which makes it harder to recover and you need longer periods off AS. Even if you take hcg during your cycle, there is no proof that it prevents total shut down. There is no way of measuring how much test your body is producing while on a cycle so you won’t know if you test levels are high because of the AS or HCG. I’ve done both 20 weeks and 12 week cycle, in my case I recover much faster and the gains are the same with the shorter cycle.
Tweetthere is no best method of duration, it's really up to the individual and their goals. I have found that longer cycles do take longer for me to rebound and get back to normal. i think 12-15 weeks is better for me than 25 weeks, but again that's how I feel not what I think is the best.

Tweet16 week cycle minimums are what I recommend. Newbies who just popped their cherry can experiment with 8-12 week cycles but after their first cycle I believe they can go and do longer cycles already. First one is just to test out the waters. I just like longer cycles in general having done both types and I personally feel longer is better. - This includes several months off too post cycle.

TweetI agree with mike, newbies or even 2nd or 3rd should stay around 12.....but we all know, that to grow, you need more and more and more and more.........16-24 weekers are my fav.
