5'10''
206 lbs.
BF = not too sure. Can see trace abs.
RMR = 2870 as measured by oxygen uptake
train 7 days a week, hitting each muscle once per week. 1 hour training sessions.
I am also going to add early A.M. cardio 3-4 days per week for 1 hour at low intensity.
Here's the question:
About how many calories should I consume per day to lose fat while still being able to slowly add some muscle?
Tweethit the cardio every day....
Tweetmy brother, who is a personal trainer told me about a zig zag method. i am planning a diet around it now. on the 3 days per week that i work out my caloric intake is about 3900 and on the other 4 days i do low impact cardio (walking on the tredmill for 1hr) i consume 3100 calories. i will post the formula as soon as i get it from my bro. this is supposed to allow you to build muscle and burn fat with great sucess.
