      im currently doing the low carb high protein diet.. i allow myself 10-15 carbs per day.. my goal is to lose body fat. . my question is, should i allow myself more carbs? would this increase my fat burning? im currently on 100mg prop eod t3/clen
      stats are 6ft 200lbs...i also do cardio about 3-4 days a week.. But im pretty much stuck were im at with losing weight..

      you can go higher then that....you need carbs first thing in the morning and after a workout..if you aren't having'em your gonna lose muscle and you're hindering gains.....stick to low glycemic carb sources (oatmeal, yams, maltodextrin,) and deplete them @ night....i have about 100 grams right now and thats still low...you're diet will be a lot more pleasant to

      you can have 30 grams of carbs a day and still maintain ketosis. Eat nuts to feel full. Don't worry about the fat in them it is mostly monounsaturated and will be used for energy.

      low glycemic carbs - oatmeal, yams, maltodextrin, green veggies, brown rice- i myself stick to oatmeal and yams

      how much oatmeal a day is ok for good growth?? i currently eat 1 cup b4 workout (1hr prior) and i usually have about half a cup at another time durin the day (usually 4 breakfast with two slices of flax bread and natty pb)

      Im 175 6ft and trying to gain lean muscle any suggestions??
