hmb and bcaas ?

Tweettake bcaa's all the time, I use optimum amino 2222's, I take 2 caps with each meal, so in total about 8-10 a day
hmb is very very specific 80% of folks doesn't work on
If you want to try it dps.com ultimate nutrition 120 750 mg caps for like 14 bucks is the best deal around. cheap way to find out if it works for you
First time I used it worked great, since then very little response.

Tweeti use optimum bcaa in my post workout shake they are very anti catabolic. hmb, i never noticed anything but its too damn expensive to use over time
