TweetYes... I have used it before preparing for my shows last year and the diet rocks especially if you're going natural. You'll keep most of your muscles as you burn the fat only.
Even today.. I am preparing for a contest in Aug and Sep and my ratios on my lifting days are pretty close to 1/3 .. 1/3... 1/3. On my non-lifting days my carbs are a lot lower but my protein and fat are pretty high.
Overall...The diet is truely awesome !!! Give it a try .. You won't be dissappointed !!
