TweetIt's almost IMO impossible to do that unless you just cook it for about 2 minutes...chicken cooks very rapidly and does not need such high cooking temperatures like other meats, I cook chicken almost on a daily basis...you'll know if you don't cook it through, trust me, it'll look really pink and taste like shit

it should of been fine with that, how thick was the piece though...I cook it for about 20-25 minutes

ahhhhh u shouldnt 've said that bro, my mom cooks it like that at times. I like it tender and juicy and at times a little spicy and crispy. At times she just makes it like that and it smells sorta ugly and feels like gum or something, but im hungry what can i do about it that to eat it.
