TweetSo they other day someone had 100lb Dumbells doing the laying down bench press and it was a young man say early 20's clearly not strong enough to do 10 reps but he was determined to get one. Him and his friend were arguing about you cant do it yes I can so he tried to do it. His friend spotted him,heped him get them up and while he was going for 1 rep while he was lowering it to touch his chest he dropped the left side dumbell it landed on his friends foot and just Broke it and the kid flew off the other side of the bench with the other 100lb dumbell in his hand. Funniest fukn thing ive ever saw in the gym . Everyone was laughing because those 2 buttheads were so loud and arguing that everyone noticed them and it was a laugh fest. Even the kid who broke his foot was laughing ut the kid who flew off the bench wasnt happy and very embarassed . So one kid left and the other kid limped away to the hospital. Sometimes I will offer some suggestions to people who just dont know what they are doing and since I'm like a peice of furniture at the gym everyone knows me I was going to tell the kid ,dude dontdo it but I said fuk it let him learn. Hey he might of got it but he wont be attempting that wieght anymore

I let a 60 pound dumbell drop from about 12 inches at planet fitness and set off the lunk alarm and I got threatened with expulsion lol

Tweetin iraq i was training with my buddy stiff jimmy. we were doing over head db extensions in the shoulder press rack. the one that has the standing platform in the back to spot from. anyway, i had the 150 sitting upright on the platform waiting for him to get ready to go. so he bumps back against the seat and the db rocks off on its end and lands smack down onto my first 3 toes and broke all of them. i was actually wearing my boots when it happened too. it took all three toe nails off immediately. i did finish the workout and was on patrol the same day. doc says your a dumb ass and all they can do for broke ass toes is to tape them. i limped around for the remainder of that deployment haha
