Tweetso can someone tell me how on earth this is possible. if you are put in fed prison i am pretty sure you are a felon. if you are a felon you automatically lose your right to vote and hold office, or if in office you cant vote. so then how and why would you be allowed to compete or hold office?

yeah but how and why would you elect someone that cant legally vote or do anything for your city. he is going to be paid basically do nothing. i cant remember the last congressman this happened to but it wasnt to long ago. dude was just filling a seat and getting paid because it was illegal for him to cast votes. makes not a damn bit of sense to me whatsoever
