TweetNo OTC sleep aids seem to work for me, Ambien is the best I've used for a full nights sleep. However, since I now wake up every morning at 4am, .5mg xanax is better, it wears off and allows me to wake up and drink my shake, but then i'm still sleepy and I head right back to bed Benzo's and prescription sleep aids can be addictive though, so use in moderation unless you know you have strong self control.
