they do not. just a hammer and a trigger mechanism. drop it just right on the hammer while de-cocked it could still go off if loaded. i would not carry one anyway, 2 shots............my P3AT is just as small and I have 6, granted .380 as opposed to .38 spl but still

if you look close i dont think it is the 38 daringer jipped. it looks to me like one of the 4 shot 22 magnum ones. still prob doesnt have firing pin block on it though
