Tweetno proof either way, always err on the side of cautioon, but, using exo insulin post workout only, and the quickest acting, huymalog, actually eases the load on your pancreas, instead of having it produce that much insulin for 100g of sugars.
TweetOk, I have read soooo many comflicting theories about this, I want someone to give me proof one way or the other.
Can it?? long term? short term? yes , no??
what is it?

TweetI took them together, r-ALA may help repartition the nutrients, and less fat gain, but it is taking a push and a pull if you get at me.

TweetVery high doses MAY shut down the pancrease..but I doubt that VERY much! It doesnt work like the HTPA.
The problem lies with cellular desensitation! AKA Type II diabetes. It can be argued, but I believe it is possible with high and long use.
rALA may completely inhibit that possibility though.
TweetBump for Governor, I wanna hear more people about it.

TweetYou can in theory make yourslef a Type II diabetic if you're on for an extended period of time and you use 20 IU/day or more.Originally posted by Governor
