      Well shit, wouldnt you know it, starting my 5th week of my cycle today, up 12 pounds now which is astonshing to me becuase i've been on for the better part of the past year. Few breaks, but i was just looking for 12-15 all together this cycle.... Anyways, back to the subject at hand...

      Well i started to feel a little sick Wendsday, Then boom, yesterday i threw up many times, pale white all day, dizzy, headache from hell! Everything! Well of course i didnt eat crap yesterday, today i dont feel Stomach sick at all, just feverish...

      Looking in the mirror i honestly feel like i've lost ATLEAST 5 pounds. Now that i dont feel so "Flu" sick, think i should pound in the food as normal today? I dont have much of an appetite, but dont feel like i'm going to throw up bye any means.... What do you guys think?

      Oh and also, I'm currently taking 700mg Cyp a week, adding in 350mg of Prop a week starting today, should i still go ahead and inject as planed today? I figure Prop being a fast acting ester would get me write back where i was in no time.... opions??

      Do everything as schedule. It'll g o away and make sure u feed urself so u dont lose anymore weight. force force force it down. It's hard but u have to do it.

      Personally, I would go ahead with the injections, but give myself some rest time to recover.

      Don’t force feed yourself and don’t force yourself to workout. Your system is under stress from being sick and needs rest, so give yourself a few days of rest. If you can’t keep food down then your body is saying, “I can’t handle this right now, ease back and let me recuperate”.

      The world isn’t going to go spinning off of its axis if you don’t train or eat right for 3 or 4 days in the middle of a cycle while you get over being sick.

      lol...he said he doesnt have any stomach pains anymore and therefore he would be holding in food. EAT as much as possible or else all the hard work u have done before that will go down the drain. He only fels flu-like symptoms, now if he feels sick to the stomach than its a different story, but other than eat as often as posssible but u can stay home and rest and try to recupp. But if u stay home and dont lift and dont eat than u can say bye bye to all ur gains.

      id eat what you can man, even if you dont get to train, try and maintain your eating plan, maybe even eat a little more, if you puked your guts out the previousday youre body is lacking .... drink tons of water, get some rest

      Thanks for the replies fellas..... I'm going to take off today for sure (3rd day in a row! ). I just got done eating a big meal, feel fine, had to force it down a little but no stomach irritation. Ok, i'm going to take your guys advice and go ahead an inject as planned today.
