Fu$k I hate the ER been here two hrs!!!!!
TweetGotta vent ! So it's leg day I'm doing squats I hear a pop I go down my left knee is on fire my god the pain. Got to the ER around 10 am and still waiting to see a doctor I'm ready to cut my leg off it hurts so freacking bad. Wtf never hurt like this before in my life

TweetDid they give you some pain meds? I know sometimes they don't until they know your situation .. Which sucks if your having so much pain.. When I see the doc and nurses laughing and talking infront of my door I yell " HELLLLOOOOOO I'M ONLY ON PAIN AND MAYBE DIEING " .. Yup I over react but sometimes thats how you them to hurry the hell up lol. I hope you get to feeling better MM. x0x0x0x0

TweetUnfortunately animal is right. they don't rate an injury like that as a priority. They will probably just do ax ray and a ct or something, if your lucky. Send you home with a small quantity of pain meds and tell you to follow up with an Ortho doc. Hope you feel better soon. Breaks, what are breaks?lol Life doesnt give us those! hang in there

TweetTook x-Ray on my way to the ortho. Doc thinks I have a pcl tear the tendon that goes from back of knee to front makes a x shape under knee cap. Tweetscrew the er during the week man. i would have just hit an urgent care for quicker service. as for possibly blowing the knee out, get your scans done and if it is blown and cant get into surgery asap i would just tighten the diet down since you cant do cardio and hit the first one. how much mobility you have is going to be the biggest dictator of if you can finish or not but with only 2 wks to go you really wont be dropping any more bodyfat at this point

TweetOk I have a small tear on pcl go to see pt doctor tomorrow. Doctor says crutch and light duty for 3-4 weeks no weight on left knee. I have had a problem with this knee for years I should have had it looked at before now good news is no survey needed now if I just do the pt for a mth the rip should heal itself in 4-6 weeks. Got a knee brace I have to wear I'll know more when I see the pt guy in the morning. So thank god it's not as bad as it could have been doctor said it's a common injury for weight lifters. Hurts like hell got a script but I really hate pain meds so I'm gonna try and stick to ibu and ice packs not sure what to do about the first comp I'll have to decide when I see doctor agin but flea at I got plenty of time for the more important comp in august. Anyone got suggestions on OTC or supp pain management I really don't wanna use the script except for sleep hrs.

TweetGlad to hear things will be okay. I like using topical analgesics or stuff like Biofreeze. It does numb the pain. Guns has some great ones to that he suggested to me in the past
