      I got of a cycle a couple months ago and im still making gains im bigger right now than I ever have been and everyone that I see that I havnt seen in hella long says damn ryan you been working out you look big Its great my sister just moved home (i havnt seen her in months) I was walking around with my shirt of and she says to me what happened to you your arms are hella big! The best part about it is im about to get on another cycle and then I will really blow up its gonna be great!

      Hey its still hard work... hehe. No I cant waite ive never done test before or eq so I think I should have some pretty good results. Ill let you guys know how it all goes and im gonna take before and after photos and some in between photos to.
