TweetI know this has probably been said like 1000 times here, but Im one of the newbies so Ill say it for all of us--this is a great forum for serious discussions among serious lifters. In an Internet full of CRAP, it is refreshing to find a place where there is good information and intelligent discussion, not a bunch of homos or geeks looking to hook up!!
