TweetOk guys, I had a post up with 3 examples of my cutting diet...you guys gave me some good advise so I have altered it and here are the last three days of my diet....what do you guys think now?
currently I am 23 5'10" approx 166lbs.... approx 12-13%bf
Here is my cutting cycle [I know sustanon no good for cutting... it is for me]
wk 1-12 sustanon 250mgs every 5 days or every 4 days [will decide today or tommorow on that0
wk 1-14 Tamox 10mgs ED
HERE ARE THE EXAMPLES
:smiliecol
EXAMPLE 1
-Oatmeal [made with half skim milk half water]
-2 chicken breast (boild in water with veg for flave)
1 small yam (boiled)
-Lean body low carb shake
-triple chicken salad (at subway with letuce, hot pep, black pep and green pep..no sauce)
-Mesotech shake

EXAMPLE 2
-Oatmeal (made with skim milk)
-2 Chicken breast (same as above)
1 cup corn
-Low carb Lean body shake
-1 chicken breast (same as above)
-1/2 single chicken salad (subway same as above)
-1can tuna

EXAMPLE 3
-Oatmeal (half water half skim milk)
-1 chicken breast (same as above)
1 cup corn
-Mesotech shake
and I still have to eat a couple meals today
Ok what do you guys think?? remember I do 45min cardio (hr 130-140) 5X week

TweetI always start my day with protein your body has been catabolic all night and protein first thing in the morning can help quelch it put a scoop of protein in your oatmeal. IMO I would starve to death on that diet cutting or not. it might work for you though what is your intake now? count the calories of both regular diet and the cutting diet to make a more informed decision.

Tweetmy intake is approx 400cal less than normal....I would eat more but to be honest $$$$ is tight right now and once I get a summer job I can increase the cals....I have been dieting like this for over a month now and have lost a little over 2 inches of my waist...my strenth at the gym is going up so I really don't understad whats wrong

TweetWhat most of the guys on the forum are trying to get across (I believe) is that you just need to eat (clean) way more protien and keep the carbs where thay are at. Try adding 15 pounds of muscle and your body fat will decrease by 1-2% because of increased body weight. #166 on a 5'11" frame just isnt much mass at all.

Yea the money for food is the highest cost unless your doing large cycles. And, if you dont have a taste for cheap protien shakes or tuna everyday (like me) then it gets expensive.
You'll get there though, just always try to remember to eat something with low carbs throught the day. Also, go home and raid your parent/s fridge and cubbord. Or raid you freinds parents cubbord, or shop at ALDI.
TweetI don't think you need to diet. 5'11" and 166 is just SMALL, no offense! I'm cutting down right now, at under 8%bf now, and I still weigh more than you. I'm also over half a FOOT shorter at 5'4". You probably don't have as much fat as you think. I agree with the above remark about gaining weight first. If you put on 10-15lbs of muscle, that will raise your metabolism significantly. I can't diet on LESS than about 2300cals/day or I lose muscle, my diet right now is about 2600-2700 cals per day. No cardio either. Eat clean but a lot, and use that sust to bulk. JMO though, I'm crazy anyway
TweetI am starting to relize that everone has a different opion on diet...mine is working for me..... I do need to up the cals but that'll come soon....I will stick to what works for me and start a cycle journal with pics once a month...and you be the judge of how my diet works
