TweetFUCK!!!
I know atleast someone knows the answer to this question!
TweetAnyone know the exact classification of HCG? Is it in the same class as AAS?
Say for instance someone was to order HCG from overseas and customs happened to snag the pack, would that person be in the same boat as if it had been AAS. Or, would customs let your pack through as with clomid, nolva, etc?

Tweetit is not a controlled substance (federally, at least, the states can always change things somewhat) but is a Rx med.

so a personal use supply would pass customs even if they were to open your package?
Tweetif it's Rx than you will need to show a script to prove you need it.

Even with an Rx they may not let it in. The FDA allows personal importations, but need, and risk to the patient is part of the equation. Injectibles are deemed more risky, and they can deny entry by claiming the lab that made the HCG is not FDA "Approved".
That's why some legit Mexican online pharms don't offer any controlled substances OR any kind of injectible for sell to the US....
Tweetyup as said above, and as for legality, that depends on the state. ive heard of hcg making it after being opened and also ive seen it get seized.
but regardless i highly doubt youll get in trouble, they may seize it but its not controlled so they arent gonna come to your house unless the pack has a ton of them in it.
Tweetthanx for the info
Tweeti got in trouble for it. they charged my with possesion of new drug or legend drug with intent to sell.
TweetI take it you ordered more than a handful of amps if they charged you with intent to distribute?Originally posted by swassy

However, I think that would be the case with any prescription drug. If you ordered more than a personal use (3 month supply), that's not working along the FDA personal importation guidelines.

it was alot but i doesn't matter they will still charge you with it maybe not intent to sell though. the dea always charge you with intent anyways. and i don't believe that 3 month supply thing and just don't see it happening, what you get busted and say i only have a 3 month supply don't arrest me i don't think that works in my area at least.
Tweetthat sucks swassy.
if the case is still active, remember that for fertility treatments, 5000 IU 3x a week is often prescribed. A 3 month supply would be 39 (5000 IU) vials if that helps at all.... The dose can be higher too....
Tweeti'll have to keep that in mindOriginally posted by AustinTX
