TweetI would suggest you really get that body fat down. 15% is not low body fat. So, wanting to bulk again and not put CHUB back on is a problem before you start back up. You already have chub on.
I think at the calories you are at you should be dropping weight. You need to share a bit more detail with us. How many meals a day. How many shakes you drinking verse whole foods? You say you have 4 meals with 4oz chic. Most guys here would think that is very low. It just so happens Im a small eater myself. I'm eating more like you but stay at 200# and about 10%bf.
So, get the bulk out of your head and focus on really cutting some weight. 1.5 to 2# a week tops. Keep training hard and get that BF closer to 10 then 15. Then start back slowly adding calories etc.
