500/wk Omna, 30 mg/day on the dbol, wich i have identified as British Dragon I think. Havent experienced any real noticable gains yet. Maybe gained 4 lb's. Strength, not really. I was stonger on creatine and liver tabs in the past - what gives? Fake dbol? I know oils take a few weeks, when should i get some returns from the Omna?
this is my first cycle - realistically, what should a first timer gain on 30mgs/day dbol after two weeks?

if your eating big enough, i'd say 10 lbs give or take for a first timer.
