i'm thinking about adding deca @400mg for 10 weeks and moving my cycle up to 12 weeks. Would it be ok to add the deca now or should I just wait until my next cycle ?

TweetI'm 21 yrs old, 5'11, currently 171lbs. Right now my goal is to be around 200lbs, very lean, but honeslty I don't know if I will ever be satisfied. I have to say that I didn't plan my diet out that will in the beginning, but I've really gotten things together. I eat six meals per day. I consume between 220 and 250 grams of protein a day with a total calorie intake of between 3500 and 4000 ed.
So far I've gained 9 lbs, with very little bloat if any at all. My strength is going up very steady. My over all well being has hit an all time high. I feel GREAT.
I've been lifting for almost 5 yrs now, but only 2 serious. The first 3 I ran track in high school and couple years in college so weight lifting took a back set to running.
I plan on doing other cycles. I don't really know if I will ever stop, but no more than 2 per year, no longer than 12 weeks per cycle.
I think I can reach my current goal in two cycles, maybe three cycles, but only time will tell.
As far as my cash, I'm in college, enough said But I can manage about $1500 a year to put toward my bodybuilding lifestyle Until i graduate anyway, then who knows....

For me it goes like this, "Life is a marathon, not a sprint."
So, when I do anything, always look at the downside.
So, when adding any supp, always concerned with side effects first, how it reacts with other stuff I'm taking, and gains third. Can't gain if feel bad.
Knowing that everyone reacts differently to different supps, it's always good to know how supps affect you individually.
Test is generally the base of all cycles, so where you are now, and nine lean pounds is very good, especially if nutrition not as good as could be, you could finish up cycle as is, she how it all goes, and have a good understanding to how YOU react to test.
Your cycle is a good solid first cycle.
If you want to add the DECA, you can. Thing is it will be week seven before the DECA kicks in, which who knows may be good for gains, maybe nothing. So, it could be good, could be so so, one thing for sure it's not that bad of a negative, ie, ain't going to hurt you. So, if cash is a concern, might not be the wisest choice.
If you finish your present cycle best thing to do is have your post cycle supps, keep all the gains you can, and do better the next time.
It's all a game of Learning & Growing, even with AS.

Tweetoriginally i planned on doing the test and deca together, but at the last minute i changed my mind for some reason, but now i regret the decision. I already have the deca on hand so i think i'm going to add it to my cycle. I'll still have the cash for my next cycle later this year.
