TweetSince you have to run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off not 2 days on 2 days off it wouldn't work. Makes insulin sensitivity too unpredictable i would think, though i've never done it.
Tweetheard stims like ephedrine mess with insulin sensitivity....so its best to avoid clen on insulin days also????? would work out OK, mon/wed/thu/fri w/o days with slin....then tue/sat/sun no slin and clen. so fits in with the 2 on 2 off type theory anyway. just wondering if its a bad thing to take clen on days using insulin. thanks.

Tweeti've heard many times 2 days on 2 days off (or 2 days on 2 days then on ECA) work well. whether you do it weekly or daily, your still mixing it up and taking breaks as far as receptors go. but the main thing is the insulin sensitivity thing, which yeah i figure to stay off it on insulin days. but figured i'd ask.Originally posted by Lift Chief

Tweet2 days on 2 off makes no sense since clens half-life is 36 hours. I have routinely ran clen with insulin, didnt notice a difference. I run ECA or NYC with slin too, even though caffeine does decrease insulin sensitivity, but its minimal at best.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
Tweetwell then i guess i run it all the way through then. its either that or do it on off days. wouldn't be much clen left in the system with a 36 hr half life by the next late morning early afternoon insulin shot though.Originally posted by prolangtum

Tweeti'm confused why clen would affect the insulin sensitivity ...
i'm going to run slin and clen together next month ..
Tweetbunch of guys on EF said ephedrine (and caffeine i guess) affect it and its dangerous. i thought clen is along the same lines, so would be treated the same. i don't know, i'll probably just take them at the same time and see if i drop dead.Originally posted by CJWolf

TweetClen and gear can affect your insulin sensitivity... basically randomly. I do not know the physiological processes that make this the case though....
And yeah the half life of clen is too long to make 2 days on 2 days off work... i thought everyone knew about this by now.
Tweetephedra works differently than eca though ... even though it has somewhat of the same effect ...
but i dunno, i've never heard about eca and slin being bad ...
TweetEF,
Not the greatest place for info, a few people yes, but the majority no. A study was done recently, and it came to the conclusion that caffeine affects insulin sensitvity. Not epherdrine. Caffeine decrease insulin sensitivty, so that means 10ius may have the same affect as 8ius. So actually, it would be less dangerous. Ephedrine has nothing to do with it. Its just that ephedrine and caffeine are usually combined, hence, people say ECA is bad with slin. Clen acts basically like ECA, but stronger, so people assumed clen would have ill affects on slin. Basically a lot of assuming, little science.

Tweetyeah, EF is retarded. but this was from a few guys i know that know their shit. guess they were "assuming" like you say. well, i'll start off this week with 4-5 spiropent a day on 2on 2off schedule and see what happens. if you don't hear from me, you know what happened.Originally posted by prolangtum
