I have been on slin for the first time for about three weeks now. After doing a lot of research on it I decided that pre and post workout was the way I was going to go.

5iu/pre and 5iu post subq. Immediately afterwards taking in around 40g dextrose and 50g whey isolate each injection. Also thrown in each shake is 10g glutamine and 10g creatine. Within an hour I am having a good clean protein and carb meal. About another 50-60g protein with probably 40g carbs (egg whites and oats). I eat pretty clean throughout the day after that as well.

So after three weeks what have I noticed? The pumps you get in the gym are AMAZING to say the least. I mean the kind of pumps where you simply cannot finish training because of it. And while doing cardio on an incline my calves and the front of my calves (shin area) pumps up so quick that it is very difficult to even get in 20 minutes. I have probably gained about 10lbs along with it. I am also on 3iu/gh day as well as aas..

Now for the bad things I have noticed. For two weeks in the beginning I saw no signs of going hypo at all. I started with 2iu/each injection and worked my way up to 5iu. This past week (third week) while doing cardio after my training I definitely felt the hypo coming on. Sweaty (not normal cardio sweat) and began to shake. Funky taste in my mouth and felt very cold.. Definitely hypo. Popped a few glucose tabs and felt better but went home anyway and had my post workout shake.. It happened again this past saturday when I trained after taking the normal 5iu. But today I injected as normal and was fine.. So not sure what happened or what caused it those two days.

Also, I have noticed that I am putting on fat (not water...actual fat) around my lower abs where I hit it subq. I am fairly lean everywhere else. I had a competition a little about two months ago so I am still pretty lean but it is strange watching this bodyfat creep in even though I am eating clean, just more clean carbs than normal through oats and sweet potatos. Doing a clean bulk. So is it from the insulin?? Dunno.. But it has never done that before..

So in another week I will come off the insulin and switch over to IGF LR3 and run that for another four weeks at around 50mcg/day postworkout.

I'll keep you guys posted if you want.
