over the years i have become a firm believer that compounds really dont mean dick until you get to the very later stages of conditioning. talking maybe the last 2-3 weeks when estro needs to be rock bottom and full water control. so compounds really dont mean dick except to a very small degree. cardio as you stated and cal def is by far more important than the compounds you choose. hell i have seen people use drol the final three weeks of a prep and come in bone peeled which 5-10 years ago people would have said was stupid
