I am thinking of trying clen with t-3 but could never stand the shakiness of clen side effects . I can remember at times trying to write something and my hand all shaky . What about keto or benedryl after a t-3 cycle ? It's supposed to clean out receptors and how important is this ?
it will have no effect on any other receptors other than the beta ones, mainly beta 3 and minorly beta 2. t4 and t3 are different mechanisms of action in your body. on a side note if you shake on a low dose of clen adding in keto is going to make you continue to shake at that low dose because it prevents you from adapting to it
Benedryl from the research I have read will not do anything. Some people shake really bad on clen i Only seem to shake the first coupe days i took it and I have never shaken again after that even when taking keto.
T3 i cannot comment about i have done it, it seems to risky to me.
I will say however that I love clen with keto, I took 1mg of keto everynight before bed and 60mcg of clen a day. I dont think i will ever run clen without keto again. The fact that I can stay at a lower dose really makes me feel more comfortable.
Yeah from what I have read its not even worth taking. I was looking into that and thats actually how i found the information on Keto.
Keto also increases appetite which is a double edged sword if your trying to loose fat. For me keto made me groggy as hell the next day.
I didnt notice in increase in apatite but I am sure some people will.
I take the keto when i am going to go lay down in bed. It usually only makes me groggy for about 20-30 minutes in the AM. once I am up and moving around it goes away.
no hunger or groggy for me either. way better on me than benadryl for my allergies ever was

I cut it short because I jumped off cycle but I liked it. I was running only 60mcg of clen everyday and 1mg of keto every night.
I am going to run the same thing but I want to add t3 so I am trying to figure out how to dose the t3.
I have a protocol for doing the clen/t3 2on/2off but I am not sure how to incorporate t3 in with clen when also running keto.
Should i start low on t3 and slowly go up or should I stick with one dose?
Maybe I will make a new thread.
