      I personally run growth along side this protocol, I just make sure I separate the Hygetropin shots from the peptides...so, I run the peptides all throughout the day and at night I run 4iu of hgh

      This is just my opinion though

      Very strongly, While that topic could be a whole new article here is the basics.

      While GHRP will stimulate the pituitary to release growth hormone, and GHRH will amplify the amount of the release, timing an exogenous HGH injection 30 min after your GHRP/GHRH dose can significantly increase the pulse associated during this time, not only will overall serum levels be higher, but the release of Free Fatty Acids will be faster and in greater numbers. Also doing so this way, your body has no way to tell that you supplied additional HGH to the natural pulse you fooled your body into producing, leaving your pituitary at 100% function.

      What will happen, is the GHRH and GHRP dose will rise and peak after 30-45 min, once it peaks it will SLOWLY decline over the course of 3 hours, if you supply the exogenous HGH 30 min after the GHRP/GHRH combo it will start to rise and peak 3 hours later, followed by a 3-5 hour decline. Essentially giving you a 6-7 hour highly elevated serum level. Score!

      I'll see if I can find the studies on this, but in my own blood tests, and others I was able to measure both peaks. one test 30 min after dose, and another 3.5 hours later. Both ng/ml levels were very high and sustained.

      Damn OSL...I love the way you explained that, made complete sense! I love reading studies and whatnot because I was always booksmart, just little common sense lol...

      So I don't actually HAVE to wait until bedtime to take the HGH...I could technically take it 30-45min after EACH ipam/ghrp-2 injection? I do the peps usually 3x/day...would exogenous hgh be beneficial that often as well?

      Lol No problem bud, and your not alone with the common sense problems. So my wife says.

      How many IU a day are you currently taking of the GH?

      I would in all honesty skip the Pre Bed dose, and Split your daily HGH dose into two doses, Once 30 min after your morning GHRP/GHRH and again after your second GHRP/GHRH dose. Still dose your pep combo before bed, as by time its on the decline your body is going to give you another pulse naturally. Dosing actual synthetic GH before bed will actually limit your natural dose as you sleep.

      Or, if you looking to have the highest serum levels Post Workout, Save your big GH dose along side your peps PWO.

      Ok, so I am doing 4iu everyday, 7 days a week of Hygetropin....and the cjc 1295/Ipamorelin 125mcg each 3x per day....I will try splitting the HGH up into 2iu and 2 iu after the first and second peptide shot....And my AAS read almost identical to what you posted by the way...I do a little more test than tren a...I did throw in mast p since it was part of the cut stack but take some more test prop to keep test higher...I also do anavar but I wanted to bump it up to 100mg/ed...what do you think about that?!

      Oh, I have some Humalog insulin too...

      Very nice brother, You will see a much faster body response to the GH dosing it this way, expect the normal achy joints, and swelling, but you will notice you stat much leaner almost effortlessly, I personally wont take var unless I have enough for 75-100/ed, at 100 I feel plain awesome, joints feel great, strength is very much increased, its a great clean feeling compound and you feel more "on" when on 100mg.

      Humalog is the only version of insulin I use Id rather use fast acting over long acting anyday, I would get into specifics regarding slin in public, but if the wrong person reads what were discussing, trys it and hurts themselves, I would hate to be responsible.

      What dose with slin do you use? Pre Workout or Post? Or both?

      My slin protocol is 5iu an hour Pre, another 10iu Post, along side various peps and GH

      Damn, you hit the nail on the head! I do 5iu before and 10iu after...at least this was my previous regiment...I am about 220lbs right now as well...maybe 9-10% bf..I stay pretty lean, knock on wood lol..

      I just bought this carb drink called Karbolic by prosupps and I am curious if this will work enough for my immediate dose of carbohydrates?! I usually just took grape juice but this seemed tempting lol...I just don't know the glycemic index of the Karbolic...ever heard of it?

      Lol! I find that the 5iu pre along side my workout BCAA carb mixture helps me rebuild as I'm tearing it down, then the the 10iu dose Post further increase my protein synthesis, allowing me to utilize much more protein when I need it. I have tried so many different protocols, this has worked the best for me.

      Karbolic Is good stuff, I have used it once because it was free. As for the glycemic index, I would assume judging by the ingredients in it, it is both fast metabolizing and slow. as it has very good mix of slow, medium, and fast acting carbs. It should help you get what you need right away, and sustain your levels for a period of time. When I took it I would test my blood sugar every 30 min during my first dose, and not eat anything except the one shake. It kept me at pretty stable levels for a good 1.5 hours. I only did this to test the product, I would never just rely on a drink though.

      I normally just mix up some BCAA and Dextrose, and get my medium and long acting carbs through food.
