TweetOk, Ive started this cutting diet, which consists of just chicken and lean red meats, green veggies and protein isolate shakes. I will eat oat bran (two table spoons a shake and some plain lowfat yogurt for breakfast. This is exactly what I eat, nothing else and I drink about 4 32oz of water with either decaf Ice tea or the no brand Crystal Light. I will not variate with nothing else. This drastically reduces bf and any added weight. Im running right now only clen and will add primo later. I had to start late, as I have been in hospital much of the winter and have just rebounded. I want to be bikini ready by end of June. My routine consists of running 5.5 miles a day and another mile on a climber, then light weight training targeting mostly legs, butt and certain chest. Any advice will be taken. I will post up pics around the 2 wk period, which will be around the 15th. Any suggestions. I will not stop running tho, as I have been doing it most my life. I run 6-7 days a wk.

Tweeti have the same carb question as above...aint no way i can lift without some carbs in me!! i just recently sweitched to morning workouts and if i'm running late i gotta make do with just a quick protien drink, but i def. notice a dif if i eat up some carbs before gym time!!!

TweetWell..I dont lift that heavy, and I do sometimes cheat, but this is my diet. Tryin to be in at least kyto. Im cuttin, so it is decent. I dont think it would be a good idea for guys, but for women that want to drastically loose bf fast, it works well. I know it is kind of a drastic diet, but it really is working. Ive cut back alittle on cardio tho. 6 miles a day ive gone down to 5. Shreddin bf like crazy. All this protein and no carbs is not really easy, lol. Im also takin primo and clen so Im drining 3-4 30oz of water a day or I get cramp big time.
TweetI eat plain oat bran and non fat yogurt with a pure isolate protein before I work out. Thats it. The protein I get doesnt have carbs, sugars, or sodium in it. Zero fat.

TweetJust so you know you may very well be losing bf and fast but you will never reach keto on that diet. To reach keto you have to take in a huge amount of fats 1/2-3/4 of your total calories from fat. You are doing more of a Palumbo style diet. Try taking out that added oat bran from all the meals and put it all in your pre and post workout meals. Same total cals and macros but i think you will notice a huge difference.

TweetI realize the fat..but I am burnin my own fat and I can smell the reaction. It is happening as I am loosing very rapidly James. I am implement other sources of fat too other than whole food fat as in EFA's.. I have done this b4 and works well.
