My philosophy is if it's working and you can tolerate it, then keep doing it. The best way to cut is to do what works best for you.

Try taking out that added oat bran from all the meals and put it all in your pre and post workout meals. Same total cals and macros but i think you will notice a huge difference.
      I agree.

As exphys88 stated though,if its working for you keep it going.I have always believed in taking in carbs so as to not start eating ones own muscle as an energy source ,but everyone is different so stick with it while its working.I do still see this rapid weight loss method you are using as a more unhealthy and short term way of losing weight.

Please keep us posted with your results.

Oh yea,we do have a forum for nude pics.LOL

Ive cut back alittle on cardio tho. 6 miles a day ive gone down to 5. Shreddin bf like crazy. All this protein and no carbs is not really easy, lol. Im also takin primo and clen so Im drining 3-4 30oz of water a day or I get cramp big time.
do you have/use ketostix? I would def recommend on the type of diet you are doing with the amt of calorie expenditure you are probably at.... you may be going into full ketosis for longer periods than are at all healthy.... there's nothing wrong with going into ketosis, but staying in ketosis for extended periods is extremely hard on your kidneys in particular, but also other organs... it is entirely possible to lean out just as quickly by hitting ketosis, staying in full ketosis for 24-48hrs, then having a 'carb load' meal... this also keeps your metabolism from slowing to a crawl, and possibly screwing with your endocrine system and your general health more than is necessary .

I realize this is not the "healthiest" way to go. I am using oat bran for particular reasons. I do carb up when feelin the faint spells. I know this is kinda extreme. Ty for all of your concerns though, I appreciate it.

^Its just such a drag havin to cut the training out for 10 day being that I really havent had the chance to train like this let alone go on for the past 2 years, but I guess..ill just have to be tight on my diet for the next 8 days then start up slower than I was doing, at least as far as the cardio goes. Ill keep the Primo going. Thanks for the advice..Its greatly appreciated!
