TweetOh..I need ALOT of work, lol! Im up to 75mg ew on Primo now, but i had to stop the clen do to an earlier small operation. I do a gianormous ( is that a word?) amount of cardio like about 6.25 mile a day at least 6 days a wk and been on the pure protein diet for about 5-6 wks now. I only eat lean means, chicken, fish and certain veggies. No sodium or added, no sugars, no pasta..actually no or hardly no carbs at all and very little fats. It sucks!!, but I am seeing results. It is very hard to dedicate and not cheat, cuz you can cheat on this at all if you want to see results that are on target. I may use alittle var at the end of this but not sure yet. Im gettin pretty hard and definition on just the Primo, but as you know it takes along time on Primo..Ill run it probably thru the entire summer.
