      stop looking for easy answers.eat less,especially at night and get for real.If you cant eat less SHIT stop your whining and be content with your stats.Its as easy as that,eat less,weigh less!!RIGHT!!!!!!!! FUCKIN RIGHT!!!!!!

      That was a little uncalled for

      I personally, if Im going to cut, I expect to lose a bit of strength and muscle. U just have to get your mind around it and do it.

      As for cutting out the fats, or not...it all depends on what kind of diet you are going to choose. Personally, I think of it as cals in Vs cals out, so I cut from my most calorie dense foods first (fats) then carbs, and never protein.

      I thought cals in vs cals out was scripture, but i expiremented with changing my %s but keeping cals the same, more fat, less carbs makes a bigger, leaner prolangtum. If you think of it as cals in vs cals out, eat protein and fat in the morning, and the bulk of your carbs before bed, i guarantee you, cals in vs cals out wont owrk in that situation.
