That was a little uncalled for
I personally, if Im going to cut, I expect to lose a bit of strength and muscle. U just have to get your mind around it and do it.
As for cutting out the fats, or not...it all depends on what kind of diet you are going to choose. Personally, I think of it as cals in Vs cals out, so I cut from my most calorie dense foods first (fats) then carbs, and never protein.
I thought cals in vs cals out was scripture, but i expiremented with changing my %s but keeping cals the same, more fat, less carbs makes a bigger, leaner prolangtum. If you think of it as cals in vs cals out, eat protein and fat in the morning, and the bulk of your carbs before bed, i guarantee you, cals in vs cals out wont owrk in that situation.

BENNYBOOM, that was uncalled for, if you know everything already, dont ever post a question on the boards again. I mean why shoudl ya? If you know everything. Thats what these boards are here for. Now Im not saying set his diet up for him, but dont flame him for asking a question, the only dumb question is the one not asked.
