I will be starting a basic cutting cycle in about a week. My goal is to cut the body fat % down a bit while maintaning my muscle. If I can add an extra 5 lbs of lean muscle while doing so that would be a bonus. My diet will be very clean with hardly no carbs. I have a 3 day split workout that i do and will incorporate cardio 2x a week aswell.

This is what my cycle looks like for now?

      weeks 1-12 TEST E 250mg (2x week)
      weeks 6-12 TREN A 50mg every 3 days

Now I was wondering if it is more beneficial for me to run the tren ace from weeks 1-6 or keep as is? Now I also have some winny on hand aswell as some dbol. I dont really want the water weight that comes with the dbol but maybe a low dosage for the first couple weeks till the test E kicks in? And where should i run the winny if i should at all?

      Thx

D-bol has no place in a cutter.

Test/Tren/Winny is a solid cutter. However diet will be everything so dial that in.

One suggestion, I wouldnt be running Tren-A every 3 days becuase of unstable blood levels. One fo the sacrifices of running a short ester/cutting cycle is the possibility that you might have to pin more often compared to a long estered/bulking cycle. I would run Tren-A every day.

Exactly..Tren A sahould ideally be injected ED or EOD at most. Run some Tren E and you only need to pin 2x a week which is what I'm running now. Have you run tren before? Are the sides not bad for you?

Yes i have ran tren A before and have no bad sides what so ever. Also ran it every 3 days before too and worked out just fine last time.

And where should I add the winny? towards the end?

Can anyone give me some advice as to when I should do my cardio? I like to do the treadmil usually for about 3-40min. Should I have at least 2 days a week where I should do strictly cardio? Or stick with weights all the time and just do like 20 min jogging after workouts?
      thanks

i'd do it first thing in the morning (ed) for 60 mins at a lower intensity. there are a couple of schools of thought on this so i'm sure you'll get both. one, cardio for fat burning should be done below your at (anaeronic threshold) and for about 60 mins. the first 40 your burning sugar so that last 20 is crucial. the second school of thought is cardio should be done at a high intensity and for short durations. imho both work equally well it just depends on your patience level and personality. best of luck on your cutter

Does being on Test E actually help in aiding in loosing fat when doing cardio?

All depends on diet my man. I have run Test alone before and put on some good lean mass but usually i like to stack it with something for cutting also. Usually some tren then finish of with winny and halo. Just my .02. Keep us posted on ur progress brotha
