god i came off when i broke my femur and neck. i got fat and sloppy and the worst is the depression and your bones hurt so bad i just say f it and ill never come off again. i look at it like this you build up for 12 weeks then u lose almost wat you gained in those 12 weeks or about 90% is wat i lost cause to be honest i cant train w/o gear. i mean the 21 yrs ive been on its been on most time about 20 yrs 1 yr off. so i really dont know how much a guy who trains while on pct loses but i would think if training about 25% of his earned muscle and strength is more then that. i say if your done having children and are over 30 yrs old stay on for life full blast. ive been bridger and a blaster and most time i blast my mind out. i take lexapro from the depression from my wife and it helps but i wont come off gear never, ever again. you think of suicide when u come off gear. thats why i see 18 yr old guys on and i say " hes in a world of hurt that he wont know until he gets older. but i dont say nothing iam wasting my breath, they will soon find out wtf i mean. i started gear at 25 and never looked back.

I might be totally wrong on this, but here's a question for veterans or those who never come off....

Don't your receptors become down regulated if you stay on all the time, which will eventually eliminate gains and require you to stay on just to be "normal"?

My understanding is that is is good to come off to let receptors get back to normal, then blast several months later to get those gains....I am only one "real gear" cycle in (and one prohormone cycle) so I'm learning constantly, thanks for any input on this...

First off I will tell you I tried to come off a while back. Before I even made it to PCT I was a mess depressed and angry snapping at everyone around me. And muff wether your receptors are nummed down or even shut off it doesn't make much difference because you are feeding your body synthetic hormones it wont matter what your receptors are doing until you try to come off. If you never come off it will never be a problem. There is bro science but know one really knows for sure how aas effects receptors because everyone is different and uses different protocols.

So it sounds like the consensus is once you are on, it is a lifetime commitment, otherwise you will enter a world of depression and feeling like Sh#$% in general.....I'm starting pct next week, lots to look forward to!

No brother once you start if you do it right like you are you will be fine. I never used PCT I had know Idea what I was doing for years just kept sticking myself. Now I waould say if you decide to blast and cruise yea you will be miserable if you tried to come off. Don't ever think that you cant do aas successfully and make great gains by doing small cycles coming off and on with proper PCT. You can I never waited to see what my natural potential was, I wanted to be big and strong. Then I got big and strong and now I am commited for life. You are doing good muff How did you like the ride??

Doing awesome HH. Set new personal records across the board and put on VERY noticeable gains. Got my bench up to 315 for 12 clean. Friends and family who hadn't seen me in a month or so noticed right away. They say steroids aren't addictive but I think that's probably bull....I made more gains in 10 weeks then I would usually make in a year. I'm OCD about working out so yes, the ride has been amazing...

I was on for over 3 years straight and went off 5-6 weeks ago. Lost about 10lbs, bodyfat went up, muscle mass going down, no sex drive, same aches and pains just feel them more now. Basically sucks ass. Plan on going back on in the next 4-6 weeks as I am resuming training again this week after about a 9 month lay off due to injury.

Honestly you guys/and girls....I think if you aren't committed to bodybuilding at a competitive level there is no reason to be running so much shit period. Less is usually more if you are getting quality stuff. If you are massive enough to utilize it all you are only wasting it, its coming out in your urine most likely. Keeping your blood levels steady is key, but generally I never go over 600 per week, and ill cruise at 400-500. Most i have ever run was 750 a week.

Furthermore, if you have found a good source then you most likely have access to relatively affordable HCG. If your HCG is good then you "safely" assume that is keeping your nuts in check! √√√√√√√√ making coming off even less of a hassle. Depression I find is NOT linked coming off AAS lol, its linked to the mental mind **** of "omg, I feel half as big and its only been 48hrs, I cant do this, I cant come off, I was just making progress" LOL. Here's what you do. If you are looking to go pro- you dont ever come off. Sorry, but you are in this game now for the long haul. If you are looking to compete and take it as far as you like to run your HCG the entire time you are on AAS. Cycle an Estro block in there too if you are increasing your test AND if you are dropping it. Reason being is that it will keep the estro low, helping to reduce water retention and "Man-o-pause" while your natural test is trying to get back to where it should be. However, if you are running HCG all along this shouldnt be that difficult. Furthermore, you should accept the fact that once you tamper with your hormones to this degree it is not guaranteed but highly probable that even if you do all your pct shit correctly that your natural levels will never quite be the same as they were before folks. When they say this is a lifestyle lol, they are subliminally talking about FAR more than your eating habits and lifting regimen. You are married to this ***** in some way shape or form guys. Live it, love it, or leave it for the real game changers. @6p6 what up brother!

The more I use the more massive I get... If its not in your genetic cards to handle large doses with out severe sides or no gains then best to keep doses low, IMO.

Everyone with experience has their focused blast time. Last year I snapped out of a four year break from using anything. I hurt, could hardly walk and I had so many people asking me if I was sick. Some even began talking behind my back that I was crippled. I felt like it! After 6 mo's on, I feel amazingly healthy, but also just turned 50. For me, turning 50 is a medical miracle. I have literally partied my ass off for years, free, in VIP, etc. Not just now and then, but for 30 years 3x a week. My total focus now is all about health and staying on is going to motivate me to make better choices. So maturity does creep up on a guy, especially with all the limitations of age. I'd rather spend my next 50 defying the odds vs sitting disabled and depressed!
